Vivo is expected to launch a new lineup of upcoming V29 series, which will include two smartphones V29 and V29 Pro. The V29 will be offered as the flagship model and the V29 Lite will be available as the entry-level variant. Furthermore, the V29 5G model will occupy a middle position between the two models.
As of now, Vivo has not confirmed the official launch date of these devices. According to speculations, the V29 series may debut in June. Until then, unofficial design renders of the Vivo V29 Lite 5G have been surfacing online, giving us a brief look at the upcoming device.
A prominent leaker has shared design renders of the upcoming Vivo V29 series smartphone, which shows the V29 Lite 5G to have model number V2244. Vivo V29 Lite 5G is an upcoming mid-range smartphone which is going to be launched soon. Its design renders have been leaked and information about the phone is available. As per the images shared by Google, the V29 Lite will come with a curved frame and rear panel. The right edge will house the power and volume buttons, while the bottom edge will house a USB Type-C port, speaker grille, and SIM tray.
The front of the phone will sport a curved display with a hole-punch cutout at the top centre. Although, the chin bezels may seem like a slight loss, but it will look a bit thick as compared to other bezels. The rear panel shows a rectangular camera module that will house a triple-camera setup, and the LED flash module will be positioned near the camera sensors. This device is likely to be launched with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. It is also expected to pack a 5000mAh battery with 44W fast charging.
The front of the phone is likely to feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with full HD+ resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. The phone may also offer 90Hz or 120Hz refresh rate. For camera setup, the V29 Lite 5G is tipped to pack a 64-megapixel primary camera sensor. However, according to the leaker, there will be no presence of an ultra-wide lens. Instead, the V29 Lite 5G sports dual 2MP cameras for depth sensing and macro photography.

As per the report, the V29 Lite 5G is expected to be lightweight, weighing around 177 grams. The device is likely to launch with Android 13 out-of-the-box with a layer of FunTouch OS 13 on top. Coming to the pricing, the V29 Lite 5G is expected to start at around $299 (roughly Rs. 24,800) for the base variant with 8GB of RAM.
