We are seeking a Web Chat Specialist to join our remote team at Petronas in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Entry Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions with our clients. This part-time position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and satisfaction
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Adapt to different customer communication styles and needs
Utilize creativity to provide personalized solutions to customer inquiries
Requirements:
Adaptable and resourceful personality traits
Strong communication skills
Creative problem-solving abilities
1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
Ability to work remotely and independently
Proficiency in typing and navigating web chat platforms
High school diploma or equivalent
