Responsibilities:
1. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues from guests and hosts via web chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Provide accurate information about Airbnb’s policies, services, and products.
3. Assist with troubleshooting technical issues related to the website or app.
4. Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience.
5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and increase engagement with the platform.
6. Maintain accurate records of interactions with guests and hosts.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.
Requirements:
1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
2. Confident and hardworking personality traits.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Strategic planning and presentation skills.
6. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software.
7. High school diploma or equivalent.
