What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Answer incoming phone calls for various businesses across the country
Communicate professionally and maintain a friendly demeanor while interacting with callers
Navigate cloud-based technology to manage caller interactions using multiple screens
Type detailed messages accurately, free of spelling and grammatical errors
Maintain a reliable and distraction-free work environment
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Must reside in Georgia, Texas, or North Carolina
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high call volume environment
Excellent people skills and a friendly attitude
Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot minor computer issues
Minimum equipment requirement: wired internet connection and high-quality wired headset with a microphone
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous work experience at a call center
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and highly driven with the ability to work independently
Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
Availability to work a minimum of 2 hours on weekends
