Job Description:
We are currently looking for a reliable, dedicated, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a DoorDash Delivery Driver. This role is crucial to ensuring the growth and success of DoorDash. You will be the face of the company, interacting with customers and restaurants daily.
Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver food and other items from local merchants to customers.
Deliver orders on time while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Navigate a variety of routes throughout the city while adhering to a time schedule.
Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate your delivery vehicle.
Follow DoorDashs delivery driving routes and time schedules.
Use DoorDash app to manage your orders.
Maintain communication with the dispatch team.
Requirements:
At least 18 years old.
Have access to a vehicle (any make/model, 2 or 4 wheel, scoot, bike).
Valid drivers license and auto insurance.
A smartphone to use the DoorDash driver app.
Consent to a background check.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good driving record with no traffic violations.
Ability to walk, drive, and lift and carry heavy items for extended periods.
Availability to work flexible hours that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
