What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Perform complex business and systems analysis, including requirements gathering and user story creation
? Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements based on Salesforce configuration best practices
? Communicate effectively with business users on project status and support tickets
? Develop comprehensive test plans and coordinate test activities
? Provide data expertise and consulting for commercial reporting and analytics
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
? Minimum 3 years of experience in projects related to commercial/sales process improvement
? Active experience with Salesforce or recent experience working with Salesforce
? Minimum certification as Salesforce Administrator, additional certifications are a plus
? Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com concepts and features
? BS in an IT-related discipline or equivalent experience
? Experience supporting or working with a commercial organization
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in the healthcare, pharma, or medical device industry
? Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com platform
? Ability to work in a deadline-focused, dynamic environment
? Excellent communication and influencing skills
? Experience in process improvement and training
