Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients with the goal of introducing our products/services and generating new business opportunities.
Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings to prospects.
Lead Generation
Utilize Apollo lead generation tools and other resources to identify and qualify potential leads.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
Customer Engagement
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and clients through regular communication.
Provide… excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Data Management
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead generation efforts using our CRM system.
Analyze and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of outbound sales initiatives.
Collaboration
Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate efforts and share insights on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive information.
Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outbound sales calls.
Familiarity with lead generation tools is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Customer-service oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office
