What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Support the sales team with analytics, sales tools, CRM, Salesforce, and dashboard reporting
– Create and distribute communications and promotional solutions for the employer’s Business Team and customers
– Provide customer support by responding to and managing inquiries using CRM tools
– Partner with various internal departments to develop technical solutions
– Participate in ad hoc sales projects, promotions, and planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
– High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education required
– Must be at least 18 years of age
– Valid U.S. Social Security Number to complete the hiring process
– Authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
– Progress towards a degree in Professional Sales, Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Computer Science, Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Progress towards a 4-year undergraduate degree preferred
– Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 at the time of application
– Work experience in an aviation environment preferred
– Previous work or internship experience in an analytics-related role preferred
– Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, or Salesforce preferred
