What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Assist in identifying and maximizing revenue opportunities for a portfolio of hotels
– Daily review and management of Revenue Management System recommendations for room accommodations and rate inventory controls
– Manage group inventory effectively
– Implement strategies on third-party internet channels to ensure parity across distribution channels
– Prepare weekly strategy reports and monthly sell strategy reviews for hotel strategy meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Understanding of the hospitality industry and revenue management principles
– Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis
– Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
– Results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue maximization
– Excellent communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Previous experience in revenue management or a related field
– Familiarity with Revenue Management Systems and data analysis tools
– Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in hotel operations
