What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Executive Assistant Support including client interfacing, email and calendar management, and travel arrangements
Operations Support involving creating and maintaining standard operating procedures and CRM tasks
Research tasks and digital marketing support
Assisting with the development of communications and content
Implementing digital marketing plans and scheduling newsletters or social media posts
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of experience providing complex calendar management, travel, and expense reports
Available during business hours Monday – Friday
Proficiency with common online programs/software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working remotely
Previous experience managing multiple clients, accounts, and projects
Familiarity with Asana, MailChimp, Hootsuite, G Suite, and other online programs
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and efficiently
