We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Remote Telehealth Nurse to join our team. As a Remote Telehealth Nurse, you will be responsible for providing remote patient care, conducting telehealth assessments, offering medical advice and guidance, and assisting with care coordination. You will work closely with patients to address their healthcare needs and provide support and education on their health conditions.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct telehealth assessments and consultations with patients
– Provide medical advice, guidance, and recommendations based on patient symptoms and conditions
– Assist in care coordination and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
– Educate patients on health management, self-care practices, and treatment plans
– Document patient interactions and maintain accurate and updated electronic health records
– Participate in training and professional development activities to stay current with telehealth practices and regulations
– Adhere to patient confidentiality and privacy guidelines at all times
Requirements:
– Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
– Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in telehealth or remote patient care
– Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records systems
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
– Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care
