The Role:
We are offering an exciting one-year contract role for a Senior-level Software/Digital Project Manager to join us on a part-time or full-time basis. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will work closely with a culturally diverse team of developers, UX designers, and fellow Project Managers. Your role involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver software projects on time and within budget while ensuring exceptional service to our clients.
Key… Responsibilities:
Lead client meetings to communicate progress, review priorities, and resolve support requests.
Create and maintain project documentation and plans.
Facilitate daily team meetings, identify impediments, and drive resolutions.
Motivate the team to deliver high-quality work on time.
Oversee the estimation process and continuously monitor budgets.
Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and conduct user acceptance testing.
Contribute to process improvements and write blog posts.
About You:
We would love to hear from you if you have:
At least 5 years of project management experience in consultancy or agency, within digital or software environments.
10+ years of related work experience.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varied workloads.
An interest in technology and a willingness to learn.
Been based in the UK for at least the last 5 years.
