– Utilize phone etiquette to maintain professionalism during all customer communications.
– Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for improving service delivery.
– Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
– Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish are preferred for effective customer engagement.
– Previous experience in customer support or a related field is highly desirable.
