Job Responsibilities
Accurately enter data into company databases and software systems
Verify and correct data discrepancies
Maintain data confidentiality and security
Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry tasks
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure data integrity
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience working in a remote environment
