As we undertake the transition from our legacy ERP system to a new ERP system within the upcoming two months, we will offer comprehensive training on both systems to ensure you are well-prepared for your responsibilities. Please note that we do not utilize QuickBooks, but we are dedicated to equipping you with the necessary tools for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Reconcile bank statements and execute monthly closings.
Support with insurance renewals and oversee new employee documentation.
Manage invoicing for factory-direct shipments along with various administrative tasks.
Required Skills
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Capability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
A minimum of 10 years of experience as a full-charge bookkeeper is preferred.
Demonstrated strong organizational skills and effective communication capabilities.
