Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on a part-time basis. This remote position allows you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities by providing essential 1:1 therapy.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver individualized therapy in outpatient clinics or approved community settings, such as homes, schools, and daycare facilities.
Execute client-specific programs and behavior plans as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts/Assistant Analysts (BCBA/BCaBA).
Accurately complete all required clinical documentation in a timely manner.
Uphold client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Communicate effectively with all members of the clients treatment team.
Participate in scheduled staff meetings and supervision sessions to enhance learning and professional development.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to client privacy.
Qualifications
