Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- Certified Health Coach (CHC) or similar certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in health coaching or a related field.
- Strong understanding of nutrition, fitness, and wellness principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual health coaching sessions with clients.
- Create personalized health and wellness plans based on client goals.
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and guidance to clients.
- Monitor and track client progress, adjusting plans as needed.
- Educate clients on nutrition, physical activity, and lifestyle changes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Stay current with the latest health and wellness research and trends.
