What is Required (Qualifications):
– Proficiency in phone and computer systems
– Professional and courteous communication skills
– Outgoing personality with the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
– Previous experience in call center and appointment setting roles
– Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
