We are looking for new Call Center Representatives to join our CMS Manasquan… team!
Criticom Monitoring Services (CMS) provides 24-hour alarm monitoring for residential and commercial customers. When a customer’s alarm system activates, we receive and process the alarm, dispatching the proper authorities if needed.

Requirements:
HS Diploma/GED
Customer Service Experience
Weekends, Holidays & Overtime Flexibility
Computer Literacy
Shifts available: 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7am) Please note: We only offer full time positions. This position would not be conducive as a second job due to the fact that we are essential personnel.
