What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Provide exceptional customer service over the phone to automotive dealerships
– Research and assist with profile-related inquiries and vehicle orders
– Track vehicle shipments and manage car warranty assistance
– Escalate critical orders as necessary to ensure timely processing
– Maintain a positive attitude while handling inbound and outbound communications
What is Required (Qualifications):
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum of two years of customer service experience in roles involving customer interaction
– Proficient computer, typing, and phone skills
– Ability to problem-solve and effectively resolve customer issues
– Reliable availability to work scheduled shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time
