salary: $68,000 – $80,000 per year

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, document, and adjust claims associated with catastrophic events, ensuring timely and accurate claim resolution.
Collaborate with clients and team members to provide high-quality service, guiding clients through the claim process.
Travel as required (up to 75% of the time) to provide on-site assessment and support during emergencies.
Utilize Xactimate for claim estimation and adjust claims in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of direct field experience working for carriers, with a strong background in P&C claims.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Xactimate; licensing is not required but advantageous.
Travel: Flexibility to travel up to 75% of the time with little notice; candidates should be based in EST or CT time zones.
Availability: Ability to work extended hours during catastrophic events and be available on short notice.
