Key Responsibilities
Oversee accounts receivable processes, including the timely invoicing of clients and efficient payment processing.
Manage accounts payable, ensuring that all invoices and bills are settled promptly to uphold positive relationships with vendors.
Maintain and monitor vendor accounts, addressing any inquiries or issues with diligence.
Accurately update and categorize bank transactions on a daily basis to ensure precise financial records.
Regularly reconcile bank statements to maintain the integrity of financial documentation throughout the fiscal year.
Support financial reporting and analysis efforts, aiding in strategic decision-making processes.
Required Skills
Demonstrated experience as a Bookkeeper or in a comparable role.
Proficient in accounting software, with a preference for candidates familiar with Zoho Books.
Strong grasp of fundamental accounting principles.
Knowledge of GA Tax Law is advantageous.
Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work autonomously while effectively managing and prioritizing tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications
Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related field is essential.
