What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Monitor, support, and educate clinic registration staff on standard processes
– Identify documentation and training gaps in collaboration with clinics
– Provide ongoing communication regarding up-to-date insurance information
– Serve as an expert for internal customers on various insurers in the region
– Ensure accurate communication of agency requirements to the appropriate individuals
What is Required (Qualifications):
– 3 years of experience working in a clinic front office or revenue cycle environment
– 5 years of experience in insurance billing within an insurance follow-up department
– Compliance with state laws and requirements for driving, including proof of drivers license and auto insurance upon request
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– 2 years of experience providing education or training, or presenting information to large groups
