RemX is seeking Remote Seasonal Licensed Medicare CSRs for our client. This is a Direct Hire position, and all equipment will be mailed out.
Title: Remote Seasonal Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent
Start Date: Asap
Training: 2-4 weeks; Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm CST/EST
Hours After Training: 6am-2am (Must be flexible to work an 8-hour shift within this range)
Non-Bilingual Pay: $21 an hour
Bilingual Pay: $24 an hour (Must speak fluent English & Spanish & comfortable with the translation of health care coverage, NOT conversational)
Important Info:
NO cold calls
Calls are 80% inbound of re-enrollments or people aging into the program
Calls are 30% outbound based on people expressing interest
Health Insurance license must be in good standing; required/verified
High speed internet & a quiet place to work
Must reside in the state you are licensed
Duties:
Provide excellent customer service with a mostly inbound call model.
Be a team player.
Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services and best solutions to meet their personal health and financial needs.
Outbound calls to provide follow up when needed.
Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner.
Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services.
Qualifications:
Current Health insurance license in your state of residence
High speed internet access (>15 mbps)
Minimum six (6) months Healthcare sales experience
Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy (Just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared)
High school diploma or equivalent
Computer savvy
