Responsibilities
Collaborate with Tutor Me Education Regional Operations to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
Provide top-notch academic support to students and families, fostering a positive learning environment.
Excel in a virtual operating environment, adhering to company standards and best practices.
Manage class schedules and virtual tutoring sessions efficiently, meeting company targets for effectiveness and utilization.
Monitor student progress closely, offering support and guidance as needed to ensure academic success.
Conduct conferences with program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments.
Embrace relationship-building with students and families, facilitating open communication and effective conflict resolution.
Fulfill other duties as required by the business to support our mission.
Requirements
Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities successfully while maintaining professionalism and approachability.
Excellent communication skills, both in virtual environments and across various media channels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google applications, and other relevant software.
Bachelor’s Degree required; 2-3 years of progressive career growth preferred.
Experience in virtual operations and team environments is a plus.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is beneficial but not required.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage remote teachers, and adapt to changing work environments.
