What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to closing, for various positions
Proactively source and attract passive candidates while driving employee referrals
Build relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to develop effective recruiting strategies
Stay updated on market trends and identify top talent for the organization
Identify areas of improvement in the talent acquisition process
What Is Required (Qualifications)
3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-growth environment
3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for recruitment strategies
Experience using an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite/Recruiter
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in healthcare, startup, or high-growth environments
Previous agency recruiting experience
Familiarity with Greenhouse
