Job Responsibilities:
Help to build, maintain, and improve the application that handles authentication, user profiles, wallets, payment processing, sending and receiving transactions, etc.
Maintain 80% or higher code coverage for both new and existing code
Mentor young team members and solve tricky technical issues
Ensure that the organization follows strict code quality standards for PR reviews
Join the customer’s and the mobile application’s code bases
… Together with the product managers, create a team execution strategy for the remainder of the year
Job Requirements:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer
In-depth knowledge of developing and expanding fintech wallets, loyalty programs, cryptocurrencies, and BNPL consumer goods
5-7+ years of software engineering experience in FAANG, unicorns, or series A/B-funded startups
Demonstrable experience using JavaScript and React Native on both iOS and Android
2+ years of prior experience managing engineering teams
Prior experience working on projects with global teams comprising product, design, and marketing teams
Commitment to succeeding in an ownership-driven culture and a track record of excellence
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
The ability to make judgments based on values
Fluent in conversational and written English communication
