What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Identify pharmacy audit risks using analytical skills and audit tools
– Develop and execute audit plans and procedures to address identified risks
– Conduct investigational audits and present findings to the Sr Audit Manager
– Collaborate with Pharma Account Manager to ensure thorough research for external audits
– Prepare formal reports on audit findings and recommendations for remediation
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
– Experience in PBM, healthcare, financial analysis, accounting, or auditing preferred
– Valid drivers license required
– Proficient in spreadsheet applications, including Microsoft Excel and Access
– Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
– Previous experience working with cross-functional departments to resolve issues
– Ability to manage multiple deadlines and a dynamic workload
– Demonstrated judgment in analysis of findings and recommendations
– Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
