What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Serve as the advocate for providers by demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues
– Provide support to healthcare professionals via phone and chat, addressing inquiries on benefits, eligibility, billing, and clinical authorizations
– Research and resolve complex prior authorization and claim issues to prevent repeat calls and provider dissatisfaction
– Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely communication and resolution of provider issues
– Navigate multiple systems efficiently to extract necessary information for issue resolution

What is Required (Qualifications):
– High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
– Must be 18 years of age or older
– 1+ years of customer service experience with strong problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in computer and Windows PC applications, with the ability to learn new systems
– Ability to type at a speed of 35-40+ WPM with 90% accuracy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Prior healthcare experience and familiarity with healthcare terminology
– Experience in a call center or customer service environment using phones and computers as primary tools
