Lap of Love is seeking an experienced Call Center Representative, referred to as a Veterinary Care Coordinator, to join their growing team. In this role, you?ll provide compassionate customer service to pet families seeking end-of-life care services. Lap of Love is a nationally recognized leader in providing in-home, end-of-life care for pets and their families. The ideal candidate should have a natural love for animals and a genuine concern for people?s emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:
? Provide positive customer service interactions with pet families.
? Answer a high volume of customer service calls in a remote work environment.
? Gather and document pet?s medical information and schedule appointments.
? Meet productivity, quality, and performance standards.
? Handle emotional conversations in a calm and compassionate manner.
? Ensure punctuality and meet all work-related requirements.
? Learn and use various software programs effectively.

Requirements:
? Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center roles.
? Proficiency in using software such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Maps, GoToConnect, Slack, and NICEInContact.
? Previous experience working from home or with minimal peer interactions.
? High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes.
? Must attend a mandatory 4-week training program at the start of employment.
? Physical requirements include sitting for extended periods and lifting up to 15 pounds.

Schedule:
? Call Center operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year from 7 am to 11 pm.
? Evening shifts available from 1:00 pm-10:00 pm or 2:00 pm-11:00 pm.
? Schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
? Mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the beginning of employment.
