This is a 100% remote position for an Office Assistant. A reliable high-speed internet connection is essential, as our team values staying connected and uses videoconferencing to maintain regular interaction throughout the workday.

POSITION SUMMARY…

We are currently hiring a part-time Office Assistant for our growing In-Home Care agency. This is a 100% remote role, and you must be available to work weekdays between 8 AM and 7 PM West Coast Time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with hiring and recruiting caregivers.
• Coordinate and organize job fairs.
• Post job advertisements and manage social media marketing.
• Match caregivers with client shifts and staff all client shifts.
• Manage and maintain employee files.
• Schedule and oversee the day-to-day activities of in-home caregivers.
• Handle payroll responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service over the phone and address customer service issues.
• Coordinate client care to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly recruitment and staffing reports.
• Perform other office coordination tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Availability to work weekdays between 8 AM and 7 PM West Coast Time.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a professional work environment with a proven track record.
• Experience working remotely and strong references are preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, web applications, and scheduling tools is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Superior customer service skills with a clear phone voice.
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and a respectful attitude.
• US Citizenship or proof of work authorization required.
