We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual to join us as a virtual mystery shopper…
In this role, you’ll assess our client’s online presence and customer service, a process that will take NO MORE THAN 5 MINUTES OF YOUR TIME!
This is a short-term project, comprising several quick tasks, with a compensation of $5 for your participation.
Successful completion could lead to more opportunities with other clients 🙂
THE TASK WILL INCLUDE:
1. Online Interaction: Visit our clients website and provide an overview of your user experience.
2. Website Review: Explore the site and offer feedback on its design, ease of navigation, and any other relevant aspects.
3. Phone Call Review: Call our client using the provided number and evaluate the quality of the interaction, the representatives competence, and their helpfulness.
QUALIFIERS FOR THIS ROLE:
1. You’re located in the USA.
2. Have a mobile phone for making calls and performing online tasks.
2. Have basic computer skills and internet access for website evaluations and interactions.
3. Possess keen attention to detail and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
GETTING PAID:
Upon completion of the tasks, we will promptly send you a payment of $5.
