– Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates and reports.
– Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
– Handle client complaints and provide appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure resolution.

Educational Qualifications

Experience
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service or customer support role, preferably in a corporate setting.
