What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year of job-related experience
Must pass the SUHSD Instructional Assistant proficiency exam or have completed 48 college credits
Submission of a current resume and three (3) letters of reference/recommendation
Required certifications must be uploaded with the application
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working in an educational setting or with student populations
Additional college credits or related coursework in education or child development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Familiarity with instructional technology and resources
