This role is essential to our full-service… team. FormLA Landscapings build (landscape construction) team works hand-in-hand with our designers to create beautiful spaces. A day in this job is full of physical activity, problem-solving, and teamwork. At the end of the day, you are likely to be a little dirty, a little tired – and very proud of what youve created.
As a landscape construction team member, you will:
Be provided with the tools, equipment and PPE you need to safely do your best
Learn in-demand sustainable construction skills in line with LEED and SITES
Get insights into the full design, installation and maintenance process for creating a beautiful outdoor space
You’ll likely also:
Engage with project designers to understand the goals and vision for a project
Communicate with clients who value your craftsmanship and artistry
Be asked for feedback on how to improve operations and/or project management
