Responsibilities:
? Support the California practice in employment litigation matters, including trial work and defending wage and hour claims and class actions.
? Handle transactional employment work, including drafting agreements, EEOC/DFEH responses, witness interviews, and depositions.
? Counsel employers on compliance, draft policies, and assist with employment training programs.
? Support in traditional labor relations matters.
Requirements:
? 3-6 years of employment litigation experience and a strong desire for trial work
? Transactional employment work experience
? Academic excellence and excellent writing skills
? Admission to the California Bar
? Experience in one or more of the following is a plus:
? Wage and hour class actions
? Drafting policies and assisting with training programs
? Traditional labor relations
