Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and support related to Microsoft’s cyber security products.
Assist customers with troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and maintenance of cyber security products.
Assist customers with network security, penetration testing, and incident response.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other channels.
Diagnose and diagnose technical issues.
Develop and document technical solutions.
Stay up to date on the latest cyber security threats and trends.
Research and recommend solutions to enhance customer experience.
Monitor customer feedback and survey results.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify and address customer issues.
