What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Assist development teams in planning, configuring, and deploying business application systems to enhance operational efficiency
– Provide comprehensive end-user support and maintenance for one or multiple enterprise software applications or systems
– Maintain outstanding customer service, ensuring all issues are addressed and prioritized accordingly
– Serve as the single point of contact for customers regarding the assigned application or system
– Communicate effectively with users and developers to facilitate improvements and resolve issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Minimum of two (2) years of experience in application support
– Relevant education may substitute for required experience on a year-for-year basis
– Training or certification related to the position may also be credited towards experience or education substitution
– Additional appropriate paid or unpaid experience may substitute for required education on a year-for-year basis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Experience with DevOps
– Proficiency in SQL
