About The Role
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to join our team in providing high-quality mental health services. In this fully remote role, you’ll have the flexibility to create your own schedule while delivering evidence-based treatment through telehealth. What You’ll Do
Provide evidence-based mental health treatment to a diverse range of patients.
Offer individual, group, and family therapy sessions primarily through telehealth, using video or telephone.
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and deliver counseling, referrals, and intervention services as needed.
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to federal, state, and organizational guidelines.
Your Work Schedule
Enjoy the freedom of a fully remote position with flexible scheduling.
You can set your own hours between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. EST, seven days a week.
Choose either two evenings a week until 8 p.m. or four 4-hour shifts over the weekend to suit your lifestyle.

What We’re Looking For
A Licensed Mental Health Therapist with credentials in Massachusetts.
Experience in delivering evidence-based mental health treatments.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
