Job Description:
We are actively seeking an Entry-Level Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. As a Data Entry Specialist, your main responsibility will be to maintain our database by entering new and updated customer and account information. Your role involves compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry. Working Hours:
8 hours a day, 5 days a week
Responsibilities:
1. Input customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents.
2. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
3. Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
4. Update existing data.
5. Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
6. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
7. Report any major errors or inconsistencies to the supervisor.
8. Contribute to the team by accomplishing tasks as needed.
