What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide technical support and instruction over the phone in a call center environment
Troubleshoot issues related to computer systems, hardware, and software
Follow proper escalation procedures to ensure timely resolution of activities
Document daily activities and maintain communication throughout the organization
Perform other job duties as assigned
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Associate degree in computer science or related field OR 2 years of related work experience
Previous experience in a call center environment
Proficient use of applicable technology
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Capability to use general office equipment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a high-volume call center environment
Ability to follow technical instructions accurately
Availability for occasional weekend and holiday support hours
Provision of a suitable workspace with high-speed internet access
Strong documentation skills for daily activities
