Background/Expertise
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
? Human Resources experience preferred
? Previous full-cycle recruiting experience required.
? SPHR/PHR or other relevant certification preferred
? High level of ability to work independently
? Demonstrated expertise and creativity in sourcing high quality active and passive candidates.
? Ability to identify talent and match to the needs and culture of the organization. Expert level of knowledge in full lifecycle recruiting components
? Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with high sense of urgency, professionalism and excellent customer service.
