This Full Time position requires full availability and is located… inside a high-volume call center with a 24/7 operation.The starting pay rate for this position is $17.50/hour.Basic Qualifications : Experience in a customer service or contact center environmentComputer proficiency within a Microsoft Windows environment and working on dual monitorsCapacity to handle conflict resolution and make decisions through balance of integrity and partner resourcingAdaptability to the fluctuating needs of our operationsMaintain discretion and Guest confidentialityWritten and verbal communications skillsThree weeks of Full availability during TrainingFlexible with work schedule, including weekends holidays and overnight shiftsAdditional Information : Our Benefits: Disney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life
