Our client, a leading healthcare marketing agency, is looking for a Remote Digital Marketing Associate to join their remote team. Reporting to the Paid Search Director, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing Google Ads and social media ad campaigns. Success in this role requires a proactive, analytical mindset, strong time management skills, and the ability to work independently without micromanagement. You will need to be naturally curious, eager to learn, and ready to ask questions when something doesnt make sense. Manage and optimize Google Ads and paid social media campaigns
Monitor budgets and performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness
Set up new campaigns and accounts as needed
Conduct keyword and audience research to refine targeting strategies
Analyze performance data and provide insights for continuous improvement
Assist in coordinating creative assets and campaign needs
Collaborate with team members to align marketing efforts with client goals
Stay up to date on industry trends and platform updates

Bachelors degree required
1+ years of paid digital marketing experience required
1+ years of Google Ads Campaigns experience required
Experience marketing services rather than products required
