We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. Responsibilities:
? Day to day Accounting; month-end close; week reconciliations.
? Assist with audit.
? Prepare and analyze accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
? Ensure transparency and clarity in financial reporting to support informed decision-making.
? Lead and mentor the Staff Acccountant.
? Conduct regular performance review and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
? Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, coordinating internal and external audits as required.
? Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard the organization’s assets and financial integrity.
? Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
? Streamline workflows and leverage technology to drive automation where possible.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent designation required.
? 4+ years of experience and at least 1 year in a managerial position.
? Proficient in accounting software, financial modeling, and Microsoft Excel.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on financial data.
? Excellent leadership and team management skills.
? Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
? Adherence to ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
