Seeking a creative and results-driven Paid Ads Specialist with proven expertise in Google AdWords, Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), and additional platforms like AdRoll.
This position would work with our team and clients to optimize their existing campaigns to achieve 3-6X ROI. Strong skills in artwork editing, ad creation, and a keen eye for ‘that special sauce’ to enhance conversions are… essential. Please share examples of past campaigns and their outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Expertise in Paid Advertising Platforms: Proficiency in Google AdWords, Meta (Facebook and Instagram Ads), and experience with additional platforms like AdRoll or other online media channels.
Ad Creation and Optimization: Ability to craft compelling ad copy and visually engaging content. Experience in editing artwork and designing ads that align with brand messaging and appeal to target audiences.
Analytics and ROI Focus: Strong analytical skills to measure, analyze, and report on ad campaign performance. Experience in achieving high ROI and demonstrable success in scaling campaigns effectively.
A/B Testing and Experimentation: Proficient in conducting A/B tests to optimize ad performance. Familiarity with various testing methodologies and tools.
Budget Management: Skills in managing ad budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI while adhering to financial constraints.
Keyword Research and Targeting: Understanding of keyword research and targeting strategies, including the ability to segment audiences and tailor ads to different groups.
Ad Platform Certifications: Certifications in Google AdWords, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms are highly desirable.
Understanding of Conversion Optimization: Knowledge of landing page optimization and the ability to work with web teams to ensure ad traffic is effectively converted.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to make informed decisions based on data insights, trends, and industry best practices.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
