Position Title: Medical Customer Service Representative Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Schedule: 7a 8p CST, M-Fri. (8hr Shift between these hours)Equipment Provided
Start Date: November 2024
Must be available for equipment pickup in Irving, TX***
Job Details
Processing patients cases and creating benefit investigations within the system
Calling outbound to Insurance companies to determine if the patient has coverage for the Pharmaceutical.
Pay close attention to detail.
Job Requirements: At least 1 year of insurance verification experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Must be available for equipment pickup in Irving, TX***
Medical call center experience is a plus, but not required.
Active high-speed internet installed and ability to work from home.
Ability to hardwire to internet router.
Quiet workspace free from background noise and distractions.
Availability for shift between Monday Friday 7a 8p CST
Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
HS Diploma/Equivalent.
Reside in the state of Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Texas, or Utah to be considered.
