What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Develop and execute sourcing strategies for external candidates for hospital leadership positions and executive development program opportunities
– Market job opportunities on various media outlets
– Utilize Salesforce CRM to track candidate data and build candidate pipelines
– Conduct thorough candidate interviews through various mediums
– Participate in strategy meetings with Regional Executive Leadership and provide regular updates
– Conduct research to verify candidate effectiveness and reputation
– Advise hiring managers on selection decisions based on interview feedback and references
– Prepare salary recommendations and negotiate executive compensation packages
– Successfully negotiate job offers with selected candidates
– Communicate rejection news with a customer service approach
– Attend and coordinate graduate school conferences and job fairs
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of Business or Health Care Administration, HR or I/O Psychology preferred
– Master’s degree in related field preferred
– At least 4 years of search firm, corporate recruiting, sales or HR experience required
– Healthcare recruiting experience preferred
– Experience with an ATS system and preferably a CRM system
– Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Products preferred
– Knowledge of Human Resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations
– Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Master’s degree in a related field
– Previous experience in healthcare industry
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
– Familiarity with Human Resource policies and regulations
