*Duties:**
– Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
– Promote and sell travel packages, accommodations, and other hospitality services
– Assist clients in planning their travel itineraries, including booking flights, hotels, and activities
– Provide personalized recommendations based on clients’ interests and budget
– Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the travel process
– Stay updated on industry trends, destinations, and travel regulations
*Skills:**
– Strong knowledge of computers and how to use the internet
– Knowledge of all things Disney
– Self starter who is able to multi task
– Excellent communication and social skills
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
