What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Handle daily member telephone calls, directing them to necessary services, providing education, and resolving issues
? Assist providers with eligibility, benefits, and claims problems
? Collaborate with the Medical Management Department for service authorizations
? Work remotely to ensure efficient service delivery
? Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma or equivalent certification
? Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service with direct customer contact
? Strong communication skills for interactions via telephone, email, chat, or face-to-face
? Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
? Knowledge of HMO, PPO, TPA, PHO, and Managed Care functions
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? One (1) year of experience in a physician healthcare office or high-volume call center
? Familiarity with HMO, PPO, TPA, PHO, and Managed Care operations
